By the way, since May 2005 Meles has stopped the travel of any high level Ethiopian officials to the outside for fear they are not to return back. These are the first Ethiopian officials to have been allowed to travel aboard since May 2005. Lo and behold, four Weyane officials just did that-they stayed behind.
